UPDATE AGAIN! so im going to miami in 5 days and im soo exciting. my body isnt the wayy i want it but hey its getting there. i always beat myself up about it.. but here are some recent pics of me..
ughh u see my problem area around my tummy ?? i think its my water weight that has yet to fall off. iono.. anyway someoneeeeee commentt meee with encouragementt !!

| Update! -so i did cardio for 45 mins yestterday :). today im gonna go jogging after class ( its the last day woop). then im going to go to the gym and jog another mile on the tredmill then work on my abs. i have 3 and a half weeks until miami to get my body in the best shape i can. so i am cracking down on everything! wish me luck and ill keep u posted.

| UPDATE!! i havent updatedd dis thing in foreverrr. well im still going strong trying to eat right and workout. its a slow process but im still hanging in. i completly stopped eating fast food. and now all i really eat is grilled chicken all the time lol. but anywho. im going to miami at the end of august for my 22nd birthday! s im about to go hard in the gym until then. that means jogging 4 to 5 times a week and hittin the gym 4 to 5 times a week. i can doo it :) leave encouragement!! |

yeah this is me ^ UPDATE <3! so girllszz. i have been SO GOOD!! I AM EATING BETTER THAN EVER!. i drink a gallon a water a day. and i have been jogging a mile 5 days this week so far! and ive been to the gym 4 days. I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF! I HAVE CAME SUCH A LONG WAY. oh i also brought the GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL. i grill ALL of my foods now. and i eat 4 to 5 small meals a day and i never eat after 8 O LOCK ANYMORE. so im going to keep up my routine up. and hopefully by next month ill see some results. my period is on now so i feel bloated but im working out while im on my period i heard its good to workout while its on. until next time! leave me lots of love! |

| omgg i hvntt updatedd in so long.. lol sorry so good news i got an interview to wrkk at my job yayy. weightloss still going good. ive been jogging now for like a week and a half. atleast 3 times a week. soo hopefully that will make me lose weight faster and tone everything quicker?? what do u think
